Our Return Policy
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories
- Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (except for defective items)
Non-Returnable Items
For quality and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened coffee beans or ground coffee products
- Drink mixes that have been opened
- Custom or special order commercial equipment (Bunn Commercial Coffee Brewers, Comobar systems, etc.)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Product name and reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship Your Return: Pack items securely and include the original packing slip
- Track Your Return: Use a trackable shipping method and retain your receipt

Refund Processing
- Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunds issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
Exchange Process
For exchanges of eligible items:
- Follow standard return procedure
- Include a note specifying desired replacement item
- We’ll ship your replacement once return is received (additional charges may apply for price differences)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective equipment (Bunn Fast Cup brewers, espresso machines, etc.):

- We’ll arrange prepaid return shipping if needed
