Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx):
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
– Flat rate shipping fee: $12.95 USD

Free Shipping (EMS):
– Available for orders over $50 USD
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We cannot ship to some remote areas in Asia and other locations.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (except for defective items)

Non-Returnable Items

For quality and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened coffee beans or ground coffee products (including 100% Colombian, 100% Colombian Decaf, Brickhouse, Caffe Noir varieties)
  • Opened drink mixes
  • Custom or special order commercial equipment (Bunn Commercial Coffee Brewers, Comobar systems, espresso machines, etc.)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
    • Your order number
    • Product name and reason for return
    • Whether you prefer refund or exchange
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship Your Return: Pack items securely and include the original packing slip
  4. Track Your Return: Use a trackable shipping method and retain your receipt
